With its whitewashed stucco walls, arched windows, wooden shutters, and soaring mahogany-beamed ceilings, this authentic villa radiates warmth, character, and the true spirit of El Salvador. It offers a private pool, direct beach access, and a peaceful oceanfront setting where sea turtles frequently come ashore.
The house comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests across five bedrooms (with a four-bedroom option available), making it ideal for families, multi-generational trips, and groups of friends. Whether you're chasing world-class surf breaks, exploring volcanic landscapes, or simply slowing down to the rhythm of the Pacific — Mi Sueño is your private home base.
Guest Bedrooms (×4) — Four well-appointed bedrooms on the lower level, one with a king bed and the remaining three with queen or twin bed options. All rooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, and private or shared bathroom access, and are decorated with local artwork and natural materials, giving guests an authentic sense of place and the true spirit of El Salvador. A 4-bedroom only configuration is available upon request.
Master Suite — Occupying the top level of the house, this showpiece suite features soaring mahogany vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a king bed, a private sitting area, and a balcony overlooking the lush tropical garden. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Fully air conditioned.

Arrival & Getting Around
Airport transfers to and from San Salvador International Airport (SAL) are arranged by us using staff and our 15-passenger microbus — no haggling with taxis, no logistics headaches. The property sits within a private, landscaped tropical community and is the closest house to the beach — just about half a soccer field from the black-sand Pacific shore. This beach is truly unique, secured by impassable cliffs on both sides that create a naturally enclosed beach, offering guests a level of exclusivity and privacy that is exceptionally rare.
The freeform mosaic-tiled pool is surrounded by bougainvillea, palms, and manicured tropical gardens. Multiple patios and outdoor living areas provide shaded spaces with hammocks and lounge seating — perfect for afternoon naps, family gatherings, and long, unhurried evenings under the stars.
